Terms & Conditions

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due before final files or website launch.

  • All clients must complete the Client Onboarding Form before booking a consultation.

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Most design packages include up to 3 revisions. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

  • Project timeliness begin once all required information and deposit have been received.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, and other materials needed to complete their project.

  • Final files will be delivered after payment has been received in full.

  • Ayanna's Business Solutions reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested by the client before the project begins.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or delivered work.

  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable.

  • If Ayanna's Business Solutions is unable to complete your project, any unused portion of payments beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
